Beta Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-19. By downloading, installing or using Plato Perfect Forms (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
1. Free beta
The App is a free beta provided by The Gopher Galaxy ("we", "us") for testing. It is still being developed and may contain bugs, errors or other issues, may not work as expected, and may lose or incorrectly enter data. We may change, suspend or end the beta, or your access to it, at any time without notice. We may charge for the App in the future; we will tell you before any charge applies, and you are never charged without agreeing to it.
2. Not affiliated with ServiceTrade
The App is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or supported by ServiceTrade, Inc. “ServiceTrade” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what the App works with. Your use of ServiceTrade remains governed by your agreements with ServiceTrade and your employer. Do not contact ServiceTrade for support with the App.
3. Authorized use only
You may use the App only with ServiceTrade accounts and customer data you are authorized to access, and only where and how your employer, ServiceTrade’s terms and applicable law allow. You must not use the App to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use, for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaks ServiceTrade’s terms or your employer’s policies. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or modify the App, or share your access with others.
4. You are responsible for your reports
The App is a tool to help fill out forms. It does not replace your training, professional judgment, the applicable codes and standards (such as NFPA) or the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every entry, device, deficiency, date and value before you submit or rely on a report, and for how you use the App and what you submit with it.
5. No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR YOUR USE OF THE APP OR HOW IT IS USED, OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING ANY INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE OR LOST INSPECTION REPORT, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICH FOR THIS FREE BETA IS ZERO.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Gopher Galaxy and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the App, your reports, or your violation of these terms, ServiceTrade’s terms or any law.
8. Your information
To manage your access we keep the name, phone number and email you signed up with. Each time the App checks your access it sends us your ServiceTrade sign-in email, company name, app version and a device ID. Your ServiceTrade password and inspection data go only between your phone and ServiceTrade; we do not receive them. We do not sell your information, and the App contains no advertising or tracking services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
